Hi, I'm Rosemary — and I've been where you are.
Years of bloating, hormonal symptoms, food sensitivities, and postpartum chaos taught me something no textbook could: your body isn't broken, it's asking for the right support.
Today I'm a certified functional nutrition practitioner, integrative health coach, and gut health specialist — trained at Bauman College, the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and in Functional Diagnostic Nutrition. But what makes my approach different isn't just the credentials. It's that I've done (and I am continuously doing) the hard work myself, and I know exactly what it feels like to finally start trusting your body again. And experiencing that relief.
I'm also a new mom. Which means I understand the very specific kind of postpartum chaos that you just don’t know until you know… You're in good hands.
My Approach
True gut health isn't just about what you eat, though food is absolutely medicine. It's also about sleep, stress, movement, your environment, and the way you relate to your own body.
My approach combines functional nutrition, root-cause testing, and holistic lifestyle strategies to get to the bottom of what's actually driving your symptoms. I use real, whole food, targeted supplementation, and functional lab work to help you support digestive function, address inflammation, and improve your energy, sustainably, not overnight.
No two women have the same gut. Which means your plan won't look like anyone else's. I meet you where you are, take the time to understand your full picture, and walk with you every step of the way.
Cap o’ rushes
Why C·O·R?
C·O·R stands for Cap o' Rushes — an old English fairytale I loved as a child. In the story, a daughter tells her father she loves him "like fresh meat loves salt." He doesn't understand. He sends her away. It's only when she serves him a meal without salt, tasteless, joyless, wrong, that he finally grasps what she meant. Some things are so essential, you don't notice them until they're gone.
That story has stayed with me because it captures something I see in my clients every day: the body's quiet, persistent need for nourishment. The kind that goes ignored until the symptoms get loud enough to demand attention.
My work is about helping you hear those signals before they become a crisis, and giving your body the nourishment it's been asking for all along.
