Hi, I’m Rosemary.

I’m a functional nutrition practitioner, integrative health coach, and new mom on a mission to help women decode their gut and reclaim their health.

My training includes Nutrition Consulting at Bauman College (2021), Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching at IIN (2022), and study in Functional Diagnostic Nutrition (2023). But what really shaped my work wasn’t just the certifications — it was years of my own struggles with digestive problems, hormonal symptoms, food sensitivities, and postpartum chaos.

My Approach

I believe true healing comes from more than just a “gut-friendly” diet. Food is medicine, yes — but so are sleep, movement, stress resilience, connection, and creating a safe, non-toxic environment.

That’s why my approach blends holistic nutrition, lifestyle practices, and functional testing. I use real, nourishing food (the kind made by mother earth herself), targeted supplements, and habit-based tools to help you restore balance, support digestion, and build long-term resilience.

Because no two bodies are the same, I don’t believe in cookie-cutter plans. I meet you exactly where you are, then help you understand your symptoms, feel confident in your choices, and take charge of your health and happiness.

Cap o’ rushes

Why C·O·R?

C·O·R stands for Cap o’ Rushes, an old English fairytale I loved as a child. In the story, a daughter tells her father she loves him “like fresh meat loves salt.” Misunderstood, she’s cast away, but later she prepares a meal for him without any salt. Only then does he realize how essential her love — like salt — really was.

For me, Cap o’ Rushes has always symbolized the deep connection between nourishment, love, and flavor. It’s why my work today is rooted in helping women find the nourishment their bodies are craving — the kind that brings health, energy, and joy back into everyday life.
